: General Information - Student participation is important to succesfully preparing for the sacraments. Please attend weekly mass, participate in parish life and complete the readings and activities in the Home Guides that will be provided to you upon registration. The cost of the program is $100 per family. You may pay for the program online by selecting the online giving link on our website, or sending payment to Visitation Parish at 62 School St. Manchester, MA 01944.

: Please complete the form below to register your child/children for the Visitation Parish First Sacraments Program. We will need a copy of the your child's baptismal certificate before he/she receives the sacraments. If your child was baptized at Sacred Heart Church or St. John the Baptist Church, it is not necessary to send a copy of the certificate as we have the information on file.
