Confirmation Registration Information

Parents and Students,

We welcome you with open arms to the Visitation Parish Confirmation Preparation Program. This is a real commitment to prepare for a meaningful Confirmation. We’ve worked hard to shape a program that is thought provoking and an efficient use of time, in the lives of busy families and students. This year, Confirmation will be run entirely by your fellow parishioners on a volunteer basis, and we ask that you respect their efforts and time by engaging cooperatively and being kind and constructive when you have questions and queries. General Information - Student participation is important to successfully preparing for the sacraments. Please attend weekly Mass, participate in parish life and complete the readings and activities in the Home Guides that will be provided to you upon registration. The cost of the program is $100 per family. You may pay for the program online by selecting the online giving link on our website, or sending payment to Visitation Parish at 62 School St. Manchester, MA 01944.
Please complete the form below to register your child/children for the Visitation Parish Confirmation Program. We will need a copy of the your child's baptismal certificate before he/she receives the sacraments. If your child was baptized at Sacred Heart Church or St. John the Baptist Church, it is not necessary to send a copy of the certificate as we have the information on file.
