Faith Formation Registration

Our registration fee is $100 per family, and may be paid at the link below the form - but we never want finances to be an obstacle, so please register now, and reach out by email or phone if more time or financial assistance is needed!
Important Note: Children in Grade 2 will be preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion, and will have an additional calendar for this prep.
They also participate in monthly elementary Family Formation
with their siblings and parents in grades K-5 (there's no additional fee for the sacramental years).
Students in Grades 8 and up will be preparing for Confirmation in Spring 2027. All high school-aged students who haven't yet been confirmed are welcome and encouraged to participate!
