Faith Formation Registration

Our registration fee is $100 per family, and may be paid at the link below the form-- but we never want finances to be an obstacle, so please register now, and reach out by email or phone if more time or financial assistance is needed!
Important Note: Children in Grade 2 will be preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion, and have a separate calendar for this prep. They are also welcome to participate in elementary Family Formation with their siblings and parents in grades K-5 (there's no difference or change in fee if they take part in both).
Students in Grades 8 and up will be preparing for Confirmation in Spring 2026. All hight school-aged students who haven't yet been confirmed are welcome and encouraged to participate!
