Our registration fee is $100 per family, and may be paid at the link below the form-- but we never want finances to be an obstacle, so please register now, and reach out by email or phone if more time or financial assistance is needed!

Important Note: Children in Grade 2 will be preparing for First Reconciliation and First Communion, and have a separate calendar for this prep. They are also welcome to participate in elementary Family Formation with their siblings and parents in grades K-5 (there's no difference or change in fee if they take part in both).

Students in Grades 8 and up will be preparing for Confirmation in Spring 2026. All hight school-aged students who haven't yet been confirmed are welcome and encouraged to participate!

If your children were baptized (or received their First Communion) at Sacred Heart or St. John's, we should already have their baptismal records. If they weren't, we need them to be sent to us.
