Adult Education & Faith Formation
Adult Education and Faith Formation programs are aimed at deepening our faith in Christ, and helping us grow in community and relationship with one another and the church. We'll have some new offerings for 2026-27 coming up for adult education and faith sharing, including our OCIA/Adult Confirmation programs for those seeking to learn about or be received into the Catholic faith. Adult Confirmation and the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults)
Are you or anyone you know interested in becoming Catholic, or exploring the Catholic faith? Many Catholics rediscover or reconnect with their faith as adults, and many people decide to convert to Catholicism from another faith, or from no faith background at all.
Whether you’ve never been baptized, been baptized in another Christian tradition, or been baptized Catholic but never received the other Sacraments of Initiation— whatever your faith background, if you think this the right time for you to take the next steps, Adult Confirmation or the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) may be for you. There's no "right time" or schedule for this to happen, but at the parish, we run our adult programs beginning in the fall, they usually culminate in reception into the church at the Easter Vigil, or with Adult Confirmation in our region in the spring.
